Born in 1960 on the plains of South Dakota, Jacob White Eagle is a Native American leader whose life work reflects a rare fusion of spiritual devotion, entrepreneurial success, and community-driven purpose. A proud member of the Lakota tribe, Jacob was chosen at just seven years old to serve as a Medicine Man — a sacred role that continues to shape his worldview and values.
Jacob pursued formal education in business, earning his Master’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder in 1984. Over the decades that followed, he built a wide-ranging career spanning retail, hospitality, fitness, and finance. From managing restaurants and fitness centers to founding a hedge fund, Jacob’s ventures are united by a single purpose: to uplift others, especially within his tribal community.
Deeply grounded in his Lakota heritage, Jacob integrates spiritual teachings into every aspect of his life — offering guidance not just as a business leader, but as a healer and mentor. His work in futures trading and Bitcoin has opened financial doors for many, yet he measures success not by wealth, but by the integrity and truthfulness of one’s path.
Now based in Ellis, Kansas, Jacob continues to serve with humility and quiet strength. Widowed and surrounded by a small but loyal circle of friends, he dedicates most of his time to giving back — mentoring young tribal members, guiding others spiritually, and directing resources to those in need.
Through it all, Jacob White Eagle remains committed to honoring his ancestors while lighting the way forward for the next generation.
